Our Story
AK Tributary Outfitters is veteran owned and operated. Drew Brower is the owner and lead guide, and has been floating the Gulkana River since 2017. He's perfected the ability to provide remote Alaskan experiences with first class accommodations and amazing riverside meals that make you forget you’re miles away from civilization. It is our desire to share what Alaska has to offer in a sustainable and respectful manner.
AK Tributary Outfitters provides first class Arctic Grayling and Rainbow Trout fishing with the opportunity to target sockeye, coho and chinook salmon (depending on the waterway we fish on and time of year). If a relaxing float trip is more your vibe, we offer quality camp and superb meals to make your extended float the most memorable.

“ What an amazing way to experience Alaska! Drew was extremely accommodating during the 5 day trip we were on. We saw and caught tons of fish during our venture (Salmon, Trout, and Grayling). We were able to do some flossing and tons of dry fly fishing. More fishing than you can ever ask for. The sleeping and meal accommodations were excellent. The stuffed burgers were my favorite but the steaks were a close second. It really is impressive that such great accommodations can be had in such a remote place in Alaska. We were able to shoot the rapids! Such and adrenaline rush. The last part that wrapped the entire trip up was being able to raft right underneath the Alaska pipeline!!
